Want to get involved? A great way to share your passion for history and education is to become a Lewis & Clark Museum volunteer. Enthusiastically devoting their time and talents, our dedicated volunteers literally make everything we do possible.
Like most museums, the Lewis & Clark Museum volunteers play an essential role in presenting educational programs, interactive gallery activities, exhibits, and special events to our visitors. They serve as museum ambassadors, program presenters, storytellers, craftsmen, laborers, gardeners, website gurus, photographers, event coordinators, volunteer coordinators, among other vital jobs.
The Museum and Lewis & Clark Discovery Expedition of St. Charles, Missouri are always looking for volunteers for a variety of events, projects and programs. Individuals, groups and organizations are welcome to volunteer a few hours or on a regular basis. We will work with you to develop volunteer programs for school projects, scout groups, community service, history groups, or volunteer organizations.
